Seared Salmon with Bok Choy

Seared salmon, served with bok choy and sautéed with onions and apples then topped with bacon, is paired with a side of roasted teriyaki broccoli.

Prep: Remove cover & set aside toppings.

Heat:                                                                                                                                  Oven: Move to an oven-safe container. Cover with foil & heat at 300º F for 6-12 minutes.
Microwave: Cook on high for 2-4 minutes.

Post: Add topping as desired.

Heat this meal thoroughly to 165° or higher
