Buttery Yukon Gold potatoes are blended with butter and cream to create a creamy mashed potato that tastes great and doesn't leave you feeling weighed down.

Heat: Heat on the stove top in a small sauce pot. Place about 1/4 cup of water with the cold potatoes to use to help heat up the mashed potatoes. Use a whisk to make it nice and smooth and heat until evenly warm (6-8 minutes).
