Crusted in za'atar, slow-roasted pork is moist and tender. The meal is complete when served with tzatziki, made with fresh herbs, and cumin-roasted carrots.
Remove cover & set aside salad and Toppings.
Oven: Cover with foil & heat at 325ºF for 10-16 minutes.
Microwave: Heat on high for 2 minutes, stir, & repeat if necessary.
Add toppings as desired.
Heat this meal thoroughly to 165° or higher
