For a creative, fun pizza-at-home experience, we've created a pizza kit with slowly fermented dough, potatoes in herb olive oil, roasted vegetables, and creamy cashew dill crema.
1. Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 10inches (or desired thickness)
2. Place rolled out dough on a pizza stone or sheet tray.
3. Add toppings (minus fresh basil and cashew dill crema).
Oven: Preheat oven to 450F. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Top with fresh basil from Gotham Greens and dill crema. Heat this meal thoroughly to 165° or higher
