For a satisfying meal, pour our delicious, preservative-free teriyaki sauce over jasmine rice, carrots, and spicy togarashi broccoli. Chopped green onions, red cabbage, and sesame seeds add a perfect garnish.
Our chicken is marinated overnight in a spicy adobo sauce and then grilled. This earthy, spicy chicken is best when mixed with the provided grilled green onions, refreshing escobeche (pickled vegetables), and cauliflower rice to create a dish based in whole foods and fresh ingredients.
This is a favorite Eat Purely staff meal brought to life for our customers. Flavorful steak is cooked with peppers and onions and served with traditional rice and beans. It is served with queso fresco and tomatillo salsa that's been made from scratch. Remove the queso for a dairy-free option.
Cilantro Citrus Salmon
Cilantro and lemon juice are combined with garlic-roasted vegetables and salmon to create a winning flavor combination. This healthy, gluten-free dish is perfect for warmer weather.
In this spin on a traditional Mexican dish, adobo-marinated pork is slow-roasted and paired with roasted pineapple, lime cabbage slaw, and rice. Top with the spicy salsa verde to complete the dish.
Thai Red Curry Steak
We use our own unique curry paste (garlic, red curry, ginger root, and lemongrass) that combines creamy zest with subtle spice. These warm spices are combined with coconut milk and cooked with hangar steak for a meal rich in protein and flavor.
