Chicken with Tomato Cashew Cream

With protein-filled chicken and nutritious sauteed spinach, this dish is complete with a tomato cashew cream sauce poured over spaghetti.

Beef & Broccoli

Beef and broccoli pair together perfectly when served on a bed of jasmine rice with red pepper and our very own stir fry sauce. 

Shrimp with Couscous and Spiced Yogurt

Delicately poached shrimp is served over a bed of couscous and accompanied by Peruvian sweet drop peppers, grilled corn, and fresh basil. This dish is finished with a perfectly spicy yogurt sauce.

Mushroom Risotto

Slowly cooked with white wine (with only naturally-occurring sulfites), mushrooms, and onions, our risotto is warm and comforting. Added tomatoes and asparagus can be enjoyed mixed in or on the side.

Adobo Chicken

Our chicken is marinated overnight in a spicy adobo sauce and then grilled. This earthy, spicy chicken is best when mixed with the provided grilled green onions, refreshing escobeche (pickled vegetables), and cauliflower rice to create a dish based in whole foods and fresh ingredients.

Steak & Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Perfectly grilled steak is served with roasted carrots. Cheesy mashed potatoes, made with yogurt, butter, and Monterey Jack cheese, round out the dish.
