Turmeric Chicken with Tabbouleh Salad
Turmeric sesame-crusted chicken is served with tabbouleh and a side of artichoke hummus for dipping. Roasted grape tomatoes add both sweetness and brightness.
Pan-roasted salmon is served with red quinoa, sautéed asparagus, & baby spinach. Our tahini dressing and a squeeze of lemon add a bright burst of flavor.
Braised Beef and Pappardelle Pasta
Pappardelle pasta is coated with a delicious sauce and tender meat, the result of braising beef chuck with red wine and vegetables. Toss the broccoli with the pasta for texture and crunch and add ricotta for a creamy finish.
Broccoli Crunch Salad
Roasted with a spicy togarashi seasoning and mixed with edamame, broccoli is added to peanut dressing, peanuts, baby kale, red cabbage, pickled onion and green onion for the perfect crunch salad.
