Lemon Burrata Chicken

Marinated in lemon, rosemary, garlic, and thyme and served over a pilaf of wild rice, our flavorful chicken is paired with kale that has been sautéed in onion and lemon zest. Best heated with the chicken jus and topped with rich burrata, the meal combines into the perfect creamy, lemony, dish.

Seared Salmon with Bok Choy

Seared salmon, served with bok choy and sautéed with onions and apples then topped with bacon, is paired with a side of roasted teriyaki broccoli.

Al Pastor

In this spin on a traditional Mexican dish, adobo-marinated pork is slow-roasted and paired with roasted pineapple, lime cabbage slaw, and rice. Top with the spicy salsa verde to complete the dish.

Steak Fajitas

This is a favorite Eat Purely staff meal brought to life for our customers. Flavorful steak is cooked with peppers and onions and served with traditional rice and beans. It is served with queso fresco and tomatillo salsa that's been made from scratch. Remove the queso for a dairy-free option.

Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Pork Tenderloin is roasted in a scratch-made warm honey mustard glaze, then served with creamy mashed potatoes, made with yogurt and butter. Roasted Brussels sprouts finish the meal.
