Roasted chicken thigh is combined with cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions, cucumber, and crunchy za'atar chickpeas. Served on farro, the tahini dressing completes this delectable bowl.

Chimi Does It

Grilled steak is amped up with red chimichurri sauce, smashed black beans, and red quinoa. Fresh arugula adds a little kick and tortilla strips add crunch.

Cuban Steak

Cuban-inspired, this meal comes with steak, black beans and rice as well as cubed and roasted sweet potatoes. Pickled red onions, chili garlic sauce, spiced sunflower seeds and cilantro add additional flavor for a great meal that has a simple ingredient list.

Shrimp with Couscous and Spiced Yogurt

Delicately poached shrimp is served over a bed of couscous and accompanied by Peruvian sweet drop peppers, grilled corn, and fresh basil. This dish is finished with a perfectly spicy yogurt sauce.
