Served with a red chimichurri sauce made with red bell peppers, smoked paprika, and garlic, grilled chicken is paired with blistered grape tomatoes, smashed potatoes, grilled zucchini, and jasmine rice.
This is a favorite Eat Purely staff meal brought to life for our customers. Flavorful steak is cooked with peppers and onions and served with traditional rice and beans. It is served with queso fresco and avocado salsa that's been made from scratch. Remove the queso for a dairy-free option.
Sweet Potato Pecan Salad
Tossed with sweet potatoes, quinoa, grape tomatoes, pecans, shaved red onion, and salty feta, baby spinach is topped with housemade balsamic dressing.
Seared Salmon with Bok Choy
Seared salmon, served with bok choy and sautéed with onions and apples, is paired with a side of roasted teriyaki broccoli.
In this spin on a traditional Mexican dish, adobo-marinated pork is slow-roasted and paired with roasted pineapple, lime cabbage slaw, and rice. Top with the spicy salsa verde to complete the dish.
