Steak w/ Horseradish & Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Grilled steak is served with horseradish sauce and garlic herb smashed potatoes. We've paired this with green beans tossed in a sautéed onion sour cream sauce and bacon. 

Sage Chicken with Butternut Squash Risotto

Tender chicken is marinated in sage, shallot, and garlic. It is paired with creamy risotto, cooked in organic wine (with only naturally-occurring sulfites) and finished with creamy goat cheese and roasted butternut squash. An arugula salad with a white wine vinaigrette is served on the side.

Al Pastor

In this spin on a traditional Mexican dish, adobo-marinated pork is slow-roasted and paired with roasted pineapple, lime cabbage slaw, and rice. Top with the spicy salsa verde to complete the dish.

Bacon Mac & Cheese

Covered in our house-made cheese sauce and baked, elbow pasta is topped with garlic breadcrumbs and bacon. Roasted broccoli is served on the side.

Tahini Salmon

Pan-roasted salmon is served with red quinoa, sauteed asparagus, & baby spinach. Our tahini dressing and a squeeze of lemon add a bright burst of flavor.

Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl

For a satisfying meal, pour our delicious, preservative-free teriyaki sauce over jasmine rice, carrots, and spicy togarashi broccoli. Chopped green onions, red cabbage, and sesame seeds add a perfect garnish.
