Steak Fajitas
This is a favorite Eat Purely staff meal brought to life for our customers. Flavorful steak is cooked with peppers and onions and served with traditional rice and beans. It is served with queso fresco and tomatillo salsa that's been made from scratch. Remove the queso for a dairy-free option.

Turmeric Chicken & Tabbouleh Salad
Turmeric sesame-crusted chicken is served with tabbouleh and a side of artichoke hummus for dipping. Roasted grape tomatoes add both sweetness and brightness.

Tahini Salmon
Pan-roasted salmon is served with red quinoa, sauteed asparagus, & baby spinach. Our tahini dressing and a squeeze of lemon add a bright burst of flavor.

Al Pastor
In this spin on a traditional Mexican dish, adobo-marinated pork is slow-roasted and paired with roasted pineapple, lime cabbage slaw, and rice. Top with the spicy salsa verde to complete the dish.

Red Chimichurri Chicken
Served with a red chimichurri sauce made with red bell peppers, smoked paprika, and garlic, grilled chicken is paired with blistered grape tomatoes, smashed potatoes, grilled zucchini, and jasmine rice.

Cuban Steak
Cuban-inspired, this meal comes with steak, black beans and rice as well as cubed and roasted sweet potatoes. Pickled red onions, chili garlic sauce, spiced sunflower seeds and cilantro add additional flavor for a great meal that has a simple ingredient list.
