This is a favorite Eat Purely staff meal brought to life for our customers. Flavorful steak is cooked with peppers and onions and served with traditional rice and beans. It is served with queso fresco and tomatillo salsa that's been made from scratch. Remove the queso for a dairy-free option.
Turmeric Chicken With Tabbouleh Salad
Turmeric sesame-crusted chicken is served with tabbouleh and a side of artichoke hummus for dipping. Roasted grape tomatoes add both sweetness and brightness.
Pan-roasted salmon is served with red quinoa, sauteed asparagus, & baby spinach. Our tahini dressing and a squeeze of lemon add a bright burst of flavor.
Salsa Verde Steak Salad
Made with robust hangar steak rubbed with salsa verde, this salad is delicious and filling. A chili garlic sauce and peppery arugula provide an ideal mix of greens and spice. Pickled red onions add a hint of acidity and spiced sunflower seeds bring a crunchy finish.
Red Chimichurri Chicken
Served with a red chimichurri sauce made with red bell peppers, smoked paprika, and garlic, grilled chicken is paired with blistered grape tomatoes, smashed potatoes, grilled zucchini, and jasmine rice.
Complemented by our housemade Mojo sauce, our Carne Asada-marinated pork tenderloin is first grilled, then served with paprika potato wedges and grilled zucchini.
