Steak Fajitas (GF, NF)
This is a favorite Eat Purely staff meal brought to life for our customers. Flavorful steak is cooked with peppers and onions and served with traditional rice and beans. It is served with queso fresco and avocado salsa that's been made from scratch. Remove the queso for a dairy free option. 

Caprese Chicken Salad (GF)
For a deconstructed take on the classic Caprese salad, we've combined a bed of arugula with fresh basil, grape tomatoes, and Ciliegine mozzarella. Topped with shaved fennel, toasted pine nuts, lemon-pickled onions, and our housemade balsamic vinaigrette, this salad is full of fresh flavor.

Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl (GF, DF, NF)
For a satisfying meal, pour our delicious, preservative-free teriyaki sauce over jasmine rice, carrots, and spicy togarashi broccoli. Chopped green onions, red cabbage and sesame seeds add a perfect garnish. 

Polish Sausage (DF, NF) 
For a playful build-your-own meal experience, we've sourced local Polish sausage free from preservatives. Dijon, ketchup, roasted onions, hot giardiniera, and peppers allow for creative dinner expression. 

Pasta Salad (Dairy-Flex, Vegetarian)
Cavatappi pasta is mixed with grape tomatoes, red bell peppers, chickpeas, peppery arugula, and salty Kalamata olives and feta. To bring the meal together, pour in our refreshing red wine vinaigrette. Remove the feta for a dairy-flex option. 

Tahini Salmon (GF, DF, NF)
Pan-roasted salmon is served with red quinoa, sautéed asparagus, & baby spinach. Our tahini dressing and a squeeze of lemon add a bright burst of flavor.

Food is chilled and needs to be heated before serving.
