Red Chimichurri Chicken

Served with a red chimichurri sauce made with red bell peppers, smoked paprika, and garlic, grilled chicken is paired with blistered grape tomatoes, smashed potatoes, grilled zucchini, and jasmine rice.

Al Pastor

In this spin on a traditional Mexican dish, adobo-marinated pork is slow-roasted and paired with roasted pineapple, lime cabbage slaw, and rice. Top with the spicy salsa verde to complete the dish.

Shrimp with Couscous and Spiced Yogurt

Delicately poached shrimp is served over a bed of couscous and accompanied by Peruvian sweet drop peppers, grilled corn, and fresh basil. This dish is finished with a perfectly spicy yogurt sauce.

PB&K Salad

A fresh combination of the sweet and the savory, the PB&K Salad combines toasted pecans, diced peaches, and creamy burrata cheese on a bed of tuscan kale. Topped with our housemade lemon-tarragon vinaigrette, this salad is perfect for the last days of summer. 

Spicy Lemongrass Salmon

Salmon is served with red potatoes and cauliflower. It's topped with a spicy coconut milk cream sauce flavored with a hint of lemongrass. Squeeze with the lime wedge and you're all set.

Junior Herb-Marinated Chicken with Fregola

Marinated in parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and shallot, this chicken dish is served with fregola, feta, olives, and roasted grape tomatoes. For a dairy-free entree, simply remove the separately-packaged goat cheese. Our junior portion is perfect for kids or adults looking for lighter fare.
