Al Pastor 
In this spin on a traditional Mexican dish, adobo-marinated pork is slow-roasted and paired with roasted pineapple, lime cabbage slaw, and rice. Top with the spicy salsa verde to complete the dish.

Artichoke & Farro Salad
Baby kale is tossed with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, farro, walnuts, and creamy feta for a salty, savory salad. Top with our housemade refreshing parsley dressing and remove the farro to avoid gluten.

Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Peanut Sauce
With herb marinated chicken, red cabbage, rice noodles, and pickled veggies that have been marinated in ginger, lemongrass, and rice wine vinegar, you have all you need to create the perfect lettuce wrap. Finish it off with our delicious peanut dressing and fresh cilantro.

The Vegan Shepherd
With all the deliciousness of a traditional al pastor pork dish, our vegan "shepherd" (a play on al pastor, which means shepherd in Spanish) combines adobo-marinated cauliflower with rice and black beans. Roasted pineapple, spicy salsa verde, and a lime cabbage slaw finish off this fun, fresh take.

Herb Marinated Chicken with Fregola
Marinated in parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and shallot, this chicken dish is served with fregola, feta, olives, and roasted grape tomatoes. For a dairy-free entree, simply remove the separately-packaged goat cheese.
