Prep: Remove cover & set aside tomatillo salsa, slaw, and queso fresco cheese.
Oven: Place the Al Pastor meat on a sheet tray and roast at 400 until it is just barely charred (about 15 minutes)
Microwave: Place rice and beans in their own microwave-safe bowl and microwave until hot for about 4 minutes, repeat if necessary.
Stovetop: With a little oil warm the tortilla in a pan or griddle
