Chicken with Pea Risotto

Chicken, marinated in herbs then grilled, is served with a pea risotto made using white wine (with only naturally-occurring sulfites), parmesan cheese, leeks, and chicken stock. Arugula, served on the side, provides an added garnish.

Oven: Move to an oven-safe container, cover with foil & heat at 300º F for 6-12 minutes.

Microwave: Heat on high for 2 minutes, stir, & repeat if necessary.
