Mustard seed, clove, ginger, house-made dijon, fresh rosemary, and local honey all combine to make a signature honey mustard glaze. Pour on our ham before baking for even more flavor.
Add 1 cup of glaze and pour over ham. Do not cover with foil.
Oven: Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes or until the glaze is reduced to a syrup. Occasionally baste the liquid on top of the ham.
